For our User Based Licenses, you may install the product on multiple servers provided all
installations are connected to a single central database. If you want
multiple databases, you need to purchase a license for each database or speak to us about
an Enterprise level License. If you want to cover multiple geographical areas you need to
purchase a license for each area or speak to us about an Enterprise License even if you decide on one centralized database.

It is not our intention to force a split campus to have two licences nor
do we wish to impose multiple licenses on an organisation with a few
remote printers at separate geographical locations. Contact us with your
situation including how many servers and databases are involved along
with student numbers at each location and we will quote a suggested
license configuration.

GST is only applicable for Australian customers.

All new licences include 12 months Upgrade Advantage
(Email/phone Support and download access to any new releases of the
software). After the first 12 months you can extend this for 25% of your
licence fee each year. If Upgrade Advantage lapses, the software continues
to run but you will be limited to versions of the software released prior to

The Gaia
Copy Charger license is for the software only. The hardware device must
be purchased separately from your copier supplier.

Adding
Copy Charger to an existing Print Charger licence requires current
maintenance.
